HubSpot integration
Connect HubSpot to 200+ apps
The HubSpot integration on Connectify turns store orders, form answers, payments and bookings into HubSpot contacts, products and clean records, without code. A workflow starts in another app or on a schedule, and the HubSpot step creates, updates, finds, lists or removes records with data from earlier steps.
What you can do
17 HubSpot actions, straight from the app
Each item is a real step in the Connectify builder. Fields are filled by typing @ to insert data from the trigger or an earlier step.
HubSpot steps run inside a workflow that starts somewhere else: a Shopify order, a Stripe payment, a form submission, a Calendly booking, a new row in a sheet, or a schedule such as every weekday at 08:00. There is no HubSpot trigger yet.

Permissions and data
What Connectify asks HubSpot for, and why
Only the access the actions above need. You approve it on the provider's own page when you connect.
- Connectify reads and writes only the HubSpot records your workflow steps name, with the fields you map.
- Your HubSpot access token is encrypted before it is stored and decrypted only while a HubSpot step runs.
- The data a step receives and returns is kept in run history for 30, 60 or 90 days by plan, then deleted automatically.
- Disconnect HubSpot at any time from the account settings in Connectify, or remove Connectify from Connected apps in HubSpot. Ask support to delete stored data sooner.

FAQ
HubSpot questions
Is there a HubSpot trigger?
Not yet. Workflows with HubSpot start from another app’s event, from a check for new records in an app, or from a schedule, and then use HubSpot actions.
Can I create deals, companies or tickets?
Today Connectify lists and archives deals and companies and lists tickets. Creating and updating them is not switched on yet; contacts and products can be created and updated.
What happens if a contact already exists?
Create contact needs a new email address. To change an existing contact, use Search contacts to find it and then Update contact, or put a Filter step in front to choose the path.
Does deleting really delete?
Delete archives the record in HubSpot, the same as deleting it inside HubSpot. It can be restored there within HubSpot’s recovery period.
Can I use my own HubSpot app?
Yes. When you connect, choose to enter your own app credentials instead of "Continue with Connectify". The scopes requested are the same.
