Gmail integration
Connect Gmail to 200+ apps
The Gmail integration on Connectify sends the emails your business would otherwise write by hand: order confirmations with the details filled in, payment reminders, booking briefs, replies to leads. An AI step can write the text; the Gmail step sends it from your own address, with copies and labels.
What you can do
1 trigger and 6 actions, straight from the app
Each item is a real step in the Connectify builder. Fields are filled by typing @ to insert data from the trigger or an earlier step.
- New emailChecks the mailbox on your interval and starts the workflow for each new message that matches a search and label. Available when you connect Gmail with your own Google app, because reading mail needs a restricted Google scope.
- Send emailTo, Cc and Bcc addresses, a subject and a body in plain text or HTML, with optional labels.
- Get labelsLists the system and custom labels in the account, to pick one in a step.
With your own Google app
- Get messageReads one message with headers, labels and body.
- Get threadReads a whole conversation.
- List messagesSearches the mailbox with a Gmail query.
- Get profileReads the mailbox address and counts.

FAQ
Gmail questions
Can a workflow start from a new email?
Yes, when Gmail is connected with your own Google app. Reading mail needs a restricted Google scope that Google grants per app, so the standard connection sends only.
Who does the email come from?
The Gmail account you connected. You can connect several accounts and choose one in each step.
Can I send HTML?
Yes. The body accepts plain text, with line breaks kept, or raw HTML.
Is there a sending limit?
Gmail’s own daily limits apply. When Google rate-limits a step, Connectify waits and retries on its own.
Stuck on a Gmail step? Write to support@connectify.co or report an issue. Include the workflow name and the run from Logs.
